All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund where applicable.

3. Returns & Exchanges Policy (Australia)
Online Purchases Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, when ordered online. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
To lodge a fault claim:

• Include your proof of purchase (receipt or order number), clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of the fault.
• We may request that the item be returned for inspection before processing your claim.
In Store Purchase Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only (no refunds) under the following conditions:
• The request is made within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• No exchanges are accepted after 3 days unless required by law.
Custom, Final Sale, & Fragile Items
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
• Ceramics and candles cannot be returned or exchanged due to their fragile and handcrafted nature, unless required under the ACL.
• If these items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
How to Lodge a Return Request (for Eligible Items)

2. Include your order number, reason for return, and images (if applicable).
3. Wait for our confirmation before returning any items. We will provide return instructions if applicable.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photographs and will assess each case individually. Where applicable under Australian law, we will provide an exchange or refund.
