Please allow up to 10 days for delivery but in most cases orders will be received within 3-7 business days. Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout and are subject to your location.

You will be emailed a tracking number at the time of despatch.

Please note: we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

International Delivery

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Insurance and custom clearance fees are not included in the postage, it is the customers responsibility to pay for these costs. We recommend that you insure your delivery. If you do not insure your delivery, goods that are lost or stolen will be at your own risk.

Returns

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We do not offer refunds or exchange for purchases.

We don't offer a refund for change of mind when purchasing ready-made products (eg. cushion covers, cushion inserts, candles, ceramics and other Fred Home general homewares) we only offer an online credit note (see more details on Credit Notes below).

We do not offer returns or refunds on Sale items or goods under $350. All sale item orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.

If you wish to return an item you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your delivery. The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and tags still attached. Items must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Before sending any return items back, please ensure you have emailed [email protected] to discuss the return.

Once your return item/s have been approved, we strongly recommend that you use a registered or trackable shipping method for your return so that you can track your order, Fred Home will not be held accountable for any packages lost in transit or stolen. Please note the cost of the original shipping and the subsequent return shipping will not be reimbursed or refunded, unless the items are deemed faulty

FAULTY ITEMS OR DAMAGED GOODS

As some of our fabrics are hand dyed and woven there may be slight colour variations between dye batches. The nature of natural fibres such as cotton and hand weaving methods mean that a certain number of slight imperfections can and will occasionally occur. Such imperfections are considered a normal part of the fabric and should not be seen as flaws or defects. These normal variations cannot be returned, repaired or exchanged.

We carefully inspect your item/s prior to shipping, however if you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to notify us at [email protected] and submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. It is up to the discretion of Fred Home and we will determine, in its discretion, whether or not this is a legitimate fault, small printed imperfections or dye lot variations.

If the product is damaged in transit we will refund or replace the product at our expense.
